XA 21.5Y.KO Mass Comparator

The XA 5Y.KO line of manual mass comparators enables calibration of mass standards and weights according to OIML (R-111) recommendations, from 1 mg to 200 g for class F2 and below. XA 5Y.KO mass comparators are used to ensure consistency of mass measurements and to check weights according to legal metrology requirements. How is the XA 5Y.KO mass comparator built?

The XA 5Y.KO mass comparator consists of two parts:

1. Electronic module

2. Precise mechanical measuring system.

It has a spacious weighing chamber in the form of a glass draft shield, equipped with an automatic door opening system.

The comparator has a user-friendly menu and a 10’ graphic colour display with touch panel. It owes these features to the advanced 5Y terminal, whose operation is intuitive. Working on this terminal is also ergonomic because of the:

Manage your calibration process

If you need software that comprehensively implements calibration procedures in the laboratory, the RMCS software will be ideal for this. The software manages the calibration process from the acceptance of the order, through the execution of the procedure to the issuing of the calibration certificate. The work of the comparator in combination with the RMCS calibration process control system translates into greater efficiency, reliable measurement results, comprehensive calibration documentation and, last but not least, lower labour costs.
