We organized the Dealer Meeting Workshops: Discover New 5Y and X7 Balances for distributors of RADWAG products on March 19, 2024. Training in the form of parallel workshops sessions was met with great enthusiasm by the participants. We prepared seven stations. The trainer at each of them was a qualified RADWAG employee.

Stand 1: UYA, MYA and XA 5Y Series Laboratory Balances

Stand 2: AS X7 Analytical Balances

Trainer: Radosław Wilk

• Launch of the 21 CFR Part 11 licence
• Use of electronic signature (eSign) – signature of a series of measurements in the weighing mode
• Overview of AuditTrail data.

Stand 3: PS X7 Precision Balances

Trainer: Huber Pawłowski

• SQC – performing a series of measurements including product validation
• Exporting data to Excel using FreeLink.

Stand 4: MA X7 Moisture Analyzers

Trainer: Piotr Bobrowski

• Checking the temperature of the chamber – discussion
• Correctness of the moisture analyzer in determining the moisture content
• Calibration and correct choice of method.

Stand 5: AS 5Y Analytical Balances

Trainer: Daniel Majcher

• Determination of standard deviation using available mass standards
• Export of data together with a graph to Excel.

Stand 6: PS 5Y Precision Balances

Trainer: Tomasz Zdral

• Communication with peripherals – connection of RADWAG printers
• MediaBox and RTP-RU80 printer (RS232)
• MediaBox and VirtualCom port.

Stand 7: MA 5Y Moisture Analyzers

Trainer: Sławomir Janas

• Determination of moisture content for a specific sample – corn
• Familiarisation with available aids – website and white papers.
