The LDS.2.5Y liquid dosing system has been designed for applications requiring precise, controlled dispensing of liquids in a specified volume, with an accuracy of 1 mg.

The system consists of three cooperating components:

Dosing unit

The dosing unit consists of two pumps responsible for maintaining constant pressure within the system, together with control electronics and a liquid dispensing head. Maintaining stable pressure is essential to achieving the required dosing accuracy and repeatability.

5Y Weighing Terminal

The 5Y Weighing Terminal, equipped with dedicated dosing software, acts as the master control unit for the dosing process, executing a user-defined algorithm.

Precision weighing module

The precision weighing module provides feedback within the system. It continuously monitors the actual mass of the dispensed liquid and transmits this information to the weighing terminal. The terminal controls the dosing unit to ensure that the target liquid volume falls within the required tolerance. Using the weighing module in a closed-loop feedback system compensates for dosing inaccuracies resulting from flow variations caused by changes in pressure or operating conditions.
