RADWAG’s presentation entitled “Calibration and checking of single- and multi-channel pipettes in light of the new ISO 8655-2:2022 standard using new solutions from RADWAG” took place on the second day of the symposium. ISO 8655:2 is a new version of the standard which specifies the procedure for calibration and checking of single- and multi-channel pipettes. The presentation was given by Michal Staniak, laboratory product manager at RADWAG, who spoke about the new regulations in relation to the AP-12.1.5Y Automatic Device for Multichannel Pipette Calibration of our production.

Among the participants of this year’s first round of the POLLAB symposium was a large number of representatives of sanitary-epidemiological stations. One of the reasons for their visit was microbrews, due to new regulations on work environment pollution. According to the new standard describing the examination of the working environment, filters must be weighed together with the holder, that is, the handle with which they work every day. Microbalances are ideal for this very purpose.

We would like to thank all the POLLAB symposium participants for their interest in RADWAG products. It was a great pleasure for us to meet with you and learn about your opinions on the solutions we offer. See you at future industry events.
