On 20-22 March, 2018, training for RADWAG distributors was organised. The event took place in Dubai and it was held in Hyatt Regency hotel. We had a pleasure to host guests from Africa, Middle and Far East.
 

The training was an excellent opportunity allowing the participants to broaden the knowledge of RADWAG products, and to exchange experience. 
 

During Dubai Training Days conformity of XA 4Y.M balances with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations was discussed. Issues such as minimum sample weight, influence of ambient conditions on the weighing process and ambient conditions monitoring via new THBR 2.0 system were raised. Attention was also given to elimination of electrostatic charges by means of antistatic ionizer. Our experts revealed all secrets of X2 series scales, they presented monoBLOCK of new MS series, and discussed all software selection related problems (Freelink, R-Lab, E2R). One of the days was devoted to service training.
