PUE HX5.EX indicator and dedicated accessories have obtained approvals in accordance with IECEX being  a voluntary system for confirmation of the correct construction of equipment for hazardous areas.
 
The IECEx certificate does not replace the allowance to place a product on the market. This issue is subject to individual regulations that depend on the legal status applicable in a given country - e.g. in European Union the ATEX certificate is the superior document. IECEx certificate enables authorized bodies to obtain local certificates. Fulfilling international IEC standards by a product ensures its acceptance and allows it to be placed on the global market.
