The DWM/HPW scale is an advanced weighing solution designed for stable and trouble-free operation in demanding production environments. It ensures 100% control of product mass and, thanks to an integrated metal detector, enables effective detection of metallic contaminants. The device meets the requirements of the HACCP standard applicable in many food industry plants.

Smart Control System for Demanding Users

The solution was created for users who expect reliability and high performance. The ability to configure the device to individual needs translates into a wide range of applications in various branches of production. The device uses an industrial computer adapted to work in harsh environmental conditions and a graphic panel which ensures intuitive operation. The scale control system is based on Windows 11 IoT and the SQL Server database module.

Intended Use

The device is designed for checking individual loads weighing from 750 g to 7.5 kg. The software allows goods to be checked both according to the customer’s internal criteria and in compliance with the applicable law on packaged goods. The scale meets the requirements of the HACCP standard.
