Le termobilance serie MA.X7.IC.A sono strumenti di misura ad alta tecnologia realizzate per eseguire velocemente la determinazione del contenuto di umidita realtiva, la percentuale di secco, ed altri parametri in campioni di svariate matrici.
 
 
 
 
 

Serie MA.X7.IC.A

Le termobilance della serie MA.X7.IC.A sono equipaggiate con un sistema innovativo che permette di aprire e chiudere la camera di essiccazione utilizzando un comando o un sensore di prossimita.
 
Questa soluzione permette:
  • Mantenere la termobilancia pulita – l’operatore non deve piu interagire direttamente con lo strumento.
  • Evitare colpi dovuti ad una chiusura o aprtura della camera troppo violente – la camera si chiude automaticamente e l’apertura e controllata.
  • Acquisire una elevata ripetitivita nel nell’apertura/chiusura della camera.
  • Elevare l’automazione del processo di pesata.
  • Aumentare la sicurezza eliminando il contatto con parti a temperatura elevata della camera.
 
 
 
 
 

Migliorare l’ergonomia

Le termobilance della serie MA X7.IC.A sono equipaggiate con un display a colori touch screen di facile utilizzo. E’ possibile personalizzare liberamente il pannello di controllo per mezzo di comandi diretti, campi di informazione personalizzati, e etichette programmabili.

Il processo di essiccazione puo essere eseguito a qualsiasi temperatura e – grazie al suo database – processi di essiccazione dedicati possono essere automaticamente assegnati a determinati prodotti.

Capacità a temperatura

Pesate campione utilizzabili con le termobilance serie MA X7: da portata 50g con divisione 0.1mg a portata 210g con divisione 1mg. Il contenuto di umidita viene analizzato con una accuratezza dello 0.01% (0.001 % per campioni di pesata superiore a 1.5g). La temperatura massima impostabile e di 160°C (opzionale fino a 250°C).
 
Per analizzare la permeabilita al vapore acque dedicato all’industria conciaria per verificare le proprieta igieniche delle pelli.
 
 
 
 
 

Database:

Il sistema informativo delle termobilance serie X7 e basato su 6 databases che permettono a operatori diversi di utilizzare database prodotti contenenti moltissimi campioni. I dati rilevati possono essere di utilizzati per successive analisi degli stessi.
 
I dati sono contenuti in 6 distinti database:
  • Utilizzatori (fino a 100 utilizzatori)
  • Prodotti (fino a 5000 prodotti)
  • Clienti (fino a 100 clienti)
  • Imballi (fino a 100 imballi)
  • Programmi di essiccazione (fino a 200 programmi di essiccazione)
  • Rapporti dei programmi di essiccazione (fino a 5000 rapporti)
 
 
 
 
 
 

L’interfaccia

L’interfaccia USB assicura un trasferimento o copia dei risultati del lavoro degli operatori molto veloce (analisi, rapporti, database) ad un PC o ad un altroa termobilancia. L’accesso remoto a queesti strumenti permette una gestione dei dati direttamente in linea.
 
L’utilizzo in collaborazine con un sistema E2R permette la gestione esterna dei dati che implica una maggiore efficianza nel lavoro e risultati al massimo livello.

ALIBI Memory

ALIBI Memory

"ALIBI" memory enables saving and storing up to 100000 measurements.  Measurements are saved automatically upon each pressing of the key. There is no need for any additional operations or changing settings.
The following data related with the measurements is saved: measurement date; measurement time; result (mass); tare value; operator carrying out the measurement (logged in); product name.
The software saves the measurement in a so called loop, i.e. when the measurement no. 100001 is saved, the measurement 1 gets automatically deleted from the memory.
Measurements saved to balance memory cannot be deleted.
You can preview and print out the data saved to the ALIBI database.

Method for obtaining maximum drying temperature. There are 4 drying profiles: standard, mild, step, fast. The profiles differ by which ensure various dynamics of temperature increase.
