On the occasion of Global Entrepreneurship Week, on 14 November 2018, the 'Skuteczne Techniki Wsparcia Sprzedaży' Conference (Effective Sales Support Techniques) took place in Radom. 200 guests participated in the event organized by Radom Economic Zone of Radom City Hall, Radom Academy of Economics and MASTERDEV. The speakers suggested how to increase sales efficiency with implementation of a respective CRM system. Prelectors also presented information about relations which are crucial in both personal and business life. They also pointed out the correlation between service quality and customer loyalty, and tried to answer the question why the best sellers are the best.

An interesting part of the event was the ceremony of awarding the most committed listeners.
