RADWAG has won the first degree award, i.e. the Statuette, in the “Product, Service of the Year” category for the development of the RMC 100.5Y Robotic Mass Comparator.
The RMC 100.5Y Robotic Mass Comparator is designed for highly accurate calibration of mass standards, also known as weights. The device is used to calibrate weights of the highest accuracy classes according to OIML standard R111-1. The calibration range in classes E0, E1, E2, F1 and F2 is from 1 g to 100 g. The instrument operates with a readability of 0.1 µg. The RMC 100.5Y Robotic Mass Comparator enables the comparison of all weight shapes conforming to the OIML recommendation using a single universal insert. Real-time remote viewing of the comparison process is possible thanks to the installed camera. The RMC 100.5Y combines the advantages of robotic mass comparators and automatic comparators. With this innovative solution, we have been able to:
The RMC 100.5Y has high-performance thermo-hygrometers that allow real-time testing of environmental conditions at three locations, including the weighing chamber and the mass standard magazine. The devices feature very high measurement readability: pressure at 0.001 hPa, humidity at 0.01% and temperature at 0.001°C. The reliability of the measurements of environmental conditions carried out with these sensors is confirmed by a calibration certificate.
The range of optional equipment includes, among others:
The Radom Technology Laurel is an award given by the Chapter appointed by the Radom Council of the Federation of NOT Scientific and Technical Associations as a token of support and promotion of technical progress and honouring people contributing to it in the Radom region. The award is presented in the form of a statuette, medal or diploma of recognition in four categories: “Innovation”, “Product, Service of the Year”, “Science and Education” and “Active Action”.
The “Radom Technology Laurel” Statuette was received during the inauguration of the “Radom Technology Days” on 10 October at the Faculty of Transport, Electrotechnology and Informatics of the University of Radom. “The XXXVI Radom Days of Technology” run from 10 to 13 October 2024 in Radom. Their programme includes the celebration of the Electrician’s Day, the Radom Engineer’s Day as well as the “RADOM EXPO” and the “Picnic with Science”.
Many thanks for this top award in such an important category!
